Returns and Refunds & Warranty Policy

Model Train Technology is the Manufacturer of the products we sell. We are not a Dealer or Distributor and we keep very low inventories. We adjust the manufacturing process according to order type and volume. To join the manufacturing queue you must purchase the items you want and your credit card will be charged upon checkout now, not when the item ships.

CHRISTMAS ORDERS: Almost all orders received by December 13th will be shipped by December 21st. We will notify you if your order will be shipped after Christmas. We will be working through 12-31-24 with the exceptions of Christmas Day. Any style of Crossing Gates and Flashers systems or parts will be after January 1st.

We will contact you if your order fall into an exception category.

SHIPPING TIMES are estimated by the carrier and may take longer.

Except for new versions of some items like the Scene Controller and LED Light Boards, Many items are shipping in 5-10 days. Crossings Kits and Packages Order-to-Ship time is currently approximately 20 days
